Reservations & Facilities Assistant

 

New Life Church is seeking a Reservations and Facilities Assistant providing support to the Reservations Coordinator and Hospitality Department.  You will greet all guests to the Hospitality office, process incoming phone calls, emails and voicemails.  Keep and organize department records and files, plan and coordinate department meetings and training.  Become proficient with the campus-scheduling program, update diagrams and calendars, process contracts and payments for applicable events, etc.  Strong office skills along with organizational, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills are a must.  The successful candidate must be a present active member of New Life Church.
