Gregg serves as the Pastor and Director of the NewLifeGroups Department. In 2010 Gregg and his family heard God call them to Colorado Springs after helping plant a church outside of Atlanta, Georgia for three years. Since then, he has been a part of the NewLifeGroups staff and became the director of NewLifeGroups at the end of Summer 2011. Gregg has a simple phrase that defines the direction for NewLifeGroups, "Christ is our connection."

Before serving at New Life, Gregg served a number of churches in his home town of Moline, Illinois (Quad Cities) where he met his wife Cynthia. They have been married since 2002 and have three sons. Gregg has a B.A. in Youth Ministry and Adolescent Studies from Judson University and also graduated from the New Life School of Worship in 2007. In addition to his family and education, Gregg helped launch the New Life Downtown campus worship team and is a published Songwriter.
